The Rescue Federation was created to solve a critical problem:

many patients lose valuable time because they cannot reach the right hospital quickly.

Our mission is to provide coordinated medical transport including
air ambulance, train ambulance, and critical patient transfers

so patients can access advanced medical care when it matters most.

During my medical career, I saw many patients struggle to reach the
right hospital in time. The Rescue Federation was created to bridge
that gap by building a reliable medical transport network.

Dr. Amit  Magare leads The Rescue Federation® with a clear focus on building a reliable and scalable emergency medical response network. With hands-on experience in clinical care and emergency operations, he drives the organization’s strategy, service quality, and expansion.

Dr. Nisha Barkordia
Co Founder & CFO

Dr. Nisha brings strong clinical expertise and contributes to medical oversight and strategic guidance. Her experience ensures that patient care standards and medical protocols remain aligned with real-world clinical requirements.

Ms. Shimmi Yadav 
Operations Head

  • Skilled in coordination, client handling, and execution

Shimmi manages the operational and administrative backbone of The Rescue Federation®. She ensures smooth execution of services, real-time coordination, and efficient communication between teams, patients, and partner hospitals.

Rohit leads the brand experience and design direction at The Rescue Federation®. His focus is on creating clear, user-centric systems that improve communication, accessibility, and trust across all platforms.

Mr. Vijay Kumar

Senior Advisor in Board

  • Experience in Russian translation, legal matters, vigilance, and RTI
  • Served at Heavy Vehicles Factory supplying armoured vehicles to the Indian Army

Vijay Kumar brings extensive government and administrative experience to the organization. His expertise strengthens governance, compliance, and strategic decision-making.

Dr. Satender Tanwar

Senior Instructor – Emergency Training

  • ACLS & BLS Certified (AHA), ITLS Instructor
  • 10+ Years of Clinical & Teaching Experience
Dr. Satender Tanwar brings extensive expertise in emergency medicine training and clinical practice. With a strong background in surgery, trauma care, and life support education, he has trained thousands of individuals across India.

Ms. Pritsneha Rohilla

She has trained thousands of healthcare professionals across India, focusing on practical, hands-on learning and real-life emergency response skills.
